Kingspoint is a charming, established neighborhood near Colonial Williamsburg, nestled between Halfway Creek, the Colonial Parkway, Highway 199, and College Creek. Located just minutes from the historic downtown as well as Busch Gardens, Kingspoint provides families of all ages with the perfect place to live and play. Our beautiful waterfront recreational facilities include a 25-meter pool, playground, newly constructed clubhouse, and restored dock. In addition, our community offers a thriving swim team for children and teens ages 4 to 18.
Kingspoint is located in James City County. It currently lies in the Matthew Whaley Elementary School, Berkeley Middle School, and Jamestown High School districts.
The Kingspoint Club, Inc. is a voluntary organization owned and supported by its members, who represent about 70% of the total 224 residences. It manages the pool, recreational facilities, dock, and new clubhouse, and oversees neighborhood social events and a Neighbor to Neighbor program. The swim team is affiliated with the Club. Membership is available to both residents and non-residents.
Informal Kingspoint organizations include a voluntary neighborhood association, garden club, women’s club, bridge club, monthly community newsletter, and community directory. There is no homeowners association and there are no mandatory fees. There are recorded covenants governed by an architectural review committee.
Kingspoint is home to young families, retired individuals, and persons from diverse backgrounds. It offers easy access to the Historic Triangle, shopping, jobs, and a wide array of recreational opportunities via Route 199, Interstate 64 and the Colonial Parkway, while maintaining a peaceful, secluded setting.
